The Deeper Meaning of Swingers
At first the movie seems like a movie about a bunch of dudes in Vegas hooking up in clubs, bars and partying. There all drinking, having a good time, and looking for love. The movie isn't entirely about that though. The main character is Mike who is looking for opportunities by networking at parties getting and giving business cards that kind of deal. He is trying to make it as an actor, that is his career goal, but even though he is broke with no job, he is at least doing something about it. Too bad mike is a a nervous wreck, to say the least, especially since he has not gotten over his ex girlfriend, being broken up for 6 months and still can not think of moving on without her. This fact really hits him hard on meeting with girls. He also isn't the smoothest with the ladies.
Mike is our main character and at first I would say he is the most awkward. For instance Mike is not the keenest gambler. He over thinks it too much but inevitably loses most of his money. The word here is money, which brings me to the second main character Trent, Trent is ''money'' which in this movie means that you are cool, looking good, overall know how to party. The movie starts off with mike and Trent going to Vegas mostly so Mike can break out of his shell, and get over his ex-girlfriend. His fist step was to let go of the past. They go from party to party every day, dink all the time, and meeting new girls and old friends. Mike at first has trouble with the ladies. Fortunately with trial and error Mike eventually got the hang of being money. Mike eventually does let go of the past and moves on .at one point he had the choice right in front of him, he could have chosen to go back, but he chose to move on. A new relationship and new start.

Its never too late to get out there and do something with it. Reach for your goals. Don't be afraid to take some risk, to be what you want to be. Get out there and meet new people to connect with. Keep on living and moving forward, and don't let the past hold you back.

I like to draw. I’m the type of person that likes to think outside the box and come up with interesting ideas. I prefer working alone but work equally as well with others, especially for being creative. I have a myriad of skills that have to do with drawing and design . I am a creative thinker who loves to draw, that's the main reason I came to an art school, to improve upon what I really enjoy doing. My dream is to have my skills utilized in a career in an artistic field, like animation and story boarding, I guess you can say I really like story's, I do enjoy a good movie, the ones that make you think inspire me the most. I've been drawing ever since I could pick up a pencil and ever since, I drew things that interest me, I mainly drew characters I saw on TV as a kid, Dragon Ball Z mostly. As I grew I began drawing from life and improving myself, I really like making people happy and laugh with my drawings. I like to be creative and be inspired. I want to create stories and art that stir emotions, all kinds, like sadness, laughter, and anger. I believe that's what makes a story or a piece of art great, when it touches you at deep level, for example like when the main character o f a story is in a situation where you cant help to feel sad or angry for him. That's what I want to give my audience, stories that make you feel.
